Are Plug-in Hybrid Cars such as Green as stated

Potential purchasers of a plug-in hybrid car will often believe that the fight to help save the planet from making an informed decision designed to help the environment. Just because hybrid cars are designed to use less fuel than conventional motor cars, can not assume that the undoubted benefits it generates for the environment does not come with some of the negative compensating factors.

This kind of circular argument, it generally means that one or both parties have a clear picture or understanding of the facts.

Let's be clear, the plug-in hybrid car is a breakthrough for a number of reasons, but is only a step in the right direction and not just solve all our environmental problems. In terms of personnel carriers, the hybrid car is better than regular car with a conventional gasoline engine when it comes to environmental pollution. Similarly, the plug-in hybrid car is at least marginally better than a regular hybrid with the same criteria.
